The water at Baños de Montemayor Spa comes from the “Columna” and “Arqueta” springs. It emerges from the underground at 43°C and is classified as sulfurous, sodium-rich, and oligometallic.

Highly recommended! The baths are rich in minerals, with sulfur as the main element, and have a natural temperature between 33°C and 39°C. If you bathe, don’t shower for at least three hours—showering too soon will remove the effect.

A spa worth returning to! We were two young guys and felt very comfortable. Plus, they offered a 10% discount with the European Youth Card. The whole circuit was well managed to ensure total relaxation at all times! I hope to come back soon!!!
